Does Alora Ambiance Share My Personal Information?
Service Providers: We may share personal information collected through this Site with companies and organizations that perform services on our behalf, for example, companies that provide support services to us (such as credit card processing services, data storage services, and web hosting services) or that help us market our products and services (such as third-party e-mail marketing companies). These third parties are required by contract to use the personal information we share with them only to perform services on our behalf and to treat your personal information as strictly confidential.

How Does Alora Ambiance Protect Personal Information?
We take reasonable precautions to provide a level of security appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information we collect. For example, our Site uses Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) to encrypt your personal credit information, including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions. For your protection, we use your full credit card number only to process your transaction; only the last four digits are stored in our permanent records.
Although we use reasonable measures to help protect your personal information against unauthorized use or disclosure, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided over the Internet or stored in our databases.
Links to and from Other Web Sites
The Site is not directed nor targeted to children under the age of 13. We do not use the Site to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, do not provide us with any personal information. If we learn that someone under 13 has provided personally identifiable information to this Site, we will use reasonable efforts to remove such information from our databases.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and take 4-5 business days for delivery. Alora Ambiance products are considered hazardous materials due to the alcohol in our fragrances and therefore air shipments are not possible. Therefore we currently are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, Puerto Rico or United States Virgin Islands.
Please note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO) and Fleet Post Offices (FPO). If you order ONLY our sample vial kits, we can ship to PO, APO and FPO boxes because we send these via US Mail.
Canada is the only international location we are able to ship to at this time. These orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground Service. Shipments to these locations must clear customs inspection and may be subject to additional duties and/or taxes over which Alora Ambiance has no control and which will be the responsibility of the buyer. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
All purchases made at www.aloraambiance.com are passed through a secure server so your credit card information is protected.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. We ship Monday - Thursday until 2pm CST, any orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
If there should be any delay in shipment or if products are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately via email or telephone.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation including a copy of your invoice. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information from UPS.
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will send replacements or issue a credit. Please have your order number ready.
Returns for credit (less shipping) are accepted within 15 days of purchase and must include a copy of the invoice. WITHOUT EXCEPTION, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED OR OPENED ITEMS.
If you need to return merchandise, please call us at 800-895-6490 or email us at email@example.com explaining what items you would like to return. Once we approve your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. You may then send us the unopened and unused merchandise along with your Return Authorization Number. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit the original credit card used for purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to an Alora Ambiance error. Please do not use US Mail to send back products, they will not ship hazardous materials and by using UPS or FedEx you are able to track the shipment.
If you are sending our Alora Ambiance products as a gift, we offer gift cards so that you can include a short message for the recipient. Simply select the gift card option when checking out and include your message in the text box.
